For Pilates, Tone and Yoga movements without the fluff, FS8 is your go-to. We’ve taken the best fitness and flexibility boosting elements and created a unique full body training experience that’ll have you coming back for more every time.

I've never done a workout like this before, does that matter?

Never been on a reformer before? Never been to a yoga class? Don’t worry, first-timers are very welcome at FS8!

Our classes are designed for you to go at your own pace. Our experienced and friendly trainers are here to guide you through the equipment, exercises, and proper technique every step of the way.

Do I still break a sweat with low-impact training?

You sure do. FS8 exercises are designed to minimise the impact on your joints, but this doesn’t mean you won’t need that sweat towel. Our classes are low on impact and high on sweat so get ready to build strength and endurance and feel those muscles burn!

Can I still do FS8 with an injury?

If you have an injury, you must first seek professional advice from your medical practitioner. Once you have been given clearance to exercise from your medical practitioner, you must notify our instructors who can then modify any exercises to cater to your injury and suit your fitness level.

Will I get a full-body workout?

Every damn time! Whilst every workout will give your whole body a balanced workout, some workouts will focus on big, whole-body movements and other workouts will focus on different, individual body parts throughout the class equalling a full body burn.
